Mr. Mathias Florence Rugimbana

Mr. Florence Rugimbana joined AICAD in April 2013 as Programme Officer. Before joining AICAD he worked with Care International as Field Officer - Kagera Resources Management Project. Prior to that, he had worked with the Tanzania Tobacco Board as a Research Officer and Tanzania Tobacco Co-operative Apex Ltd as the Operations Manager. He holds a Bsc in Agriculture General (Crop Science and Production) and an Msc in Agricultural Economics from Sokoine University Agriculture – Morogoro, Tanzania. At AICAD he is responsible for planning and implementing country programme activities, carrying out monitoring and evaluation of country programmes; planning, implementation, of research projects; and training and information networking in the Tanzania country office.
