Prof. Bendantunguka Tiisekwa

Prof. Tiisekwa joined AICAD in November, 2007 as Country Director on secondment from Sokoine University. He is a Professor in the Department of Food Science & Nutrition, and Dean, Faculty of Agriculture, Sokoine University of Agriculture. He holds B.Sc. in Agriculture, Postgraduate Diploma in Food Science and Nutrition (Nutrition planning), M.Sc. in Food Science and Technology (Quality Control), and  Doctor of Philosophy.  As the Country Director of AICAD Tanzania Country Office, Prof. Tiisekwa is responsible for overall administration of the Country Office and supervision of all programme activities on behalf of AICAD secretariat.
