Mrs Elida Busagala joined AICAD in November 2011 as a Programme Officer. In April 2013, She became the Assistant Country Director. Before joining AICAD, she worked with World Vision Tanzania as the Project Coordinator and also with the Ministry of Education of Tanzania as a tutor at Monduli Teachers' College. Mrs Elida Busagala holds a Master of Business Administration (Agribusiness) and a Bachelor of Science in Home Economics and Human Nutrition from Sokoine University of Agriculture. She also holds a Diploma in Education from Dar es Salaam Teachers' College (Currently DUCE).  At AICAD she is reponsible for planning and implementation of Country Programme activities, monitoring and evaluation of completed programmes and dissemination of skills and knowledge of AICAD to the local communities in Tanzania.
